What to expect on the first appointment?
We kindly ask you to arrive ten minutes before the scheduled time of the first appointment to have enough time to complete the medical and dental questionnaires. We are located above the TD Bank on Des Sources Boulevard at the corner of Hyman, in Dollard-Des-Ormeaux. The entrance is on the left side of the building, right next to the TD Bank drive-thru. An elevator is available to facilitate access to the second floor if you cannot take the stairs.
Our reception area is welcoming and warm and with spacious and comfortable sofas. Our friendly team will be happy to welcome you and guide you through the process of completing the medical questionnaire.

Does the D Dental Office accept insurance cheques?
With regards to your insurance, we take care of sending the claims and estimates. But to simplify financial transactions, we do not accept insurance checks. Since the contract is between you and your insurance company, it is more difficult for us as a third party to deal with misunderstandings and potential payment errors with your insurance company.
So, we ask you for payment for services rendered and we take care of sending the claim for you, so that you can get your insurance refund as quickly as possible. You will usually receive the refund within two to three days of the claim, depending on your agreement with your company.
In addition, most insurance companies require an estimate for certain major treatments such as crowns, bridges and orthodontic treatments. We take care of sending them for you. It often takes up to six weeks to respond to the estimate, but you can speed up the process by calling your company and asking them to do it faster.
