Procedures and policies that help us provide each and every patient with exceptional dental care.
Insurance Processing and Coordination
We help our patients claim their insurance coverage entitlements by sending all the required documents and proofs to their insurance company. In some cases, we also submit pre-approval requests to help our patients ensure they are covered for their next appointment.
Patients are still required to pay in full at the time of rendered services. They will be reimbursed by the insurance company directly.
Our insurance coordination support will save them the effort and time of filing their claims and going back and forth until they get paid back.
RAMQ Payments
We do not accept RAMQ payments.
RAMQ only pays for amalgam fillings for posterior teeth, which are metal fillings that contain mercury. We believe mercury has no place in our bodies. We know that it is a toxic material, and we do not know its long-term effects on our health. We restore teeth with white filling materials and porcelain restorations which do not contain mercury.
Appointment Cancellation
We strive to render excellent dental care to you and the rest of our patients. To be consistent with this, we have an Appointment Cancellation Policy that allows us to better serve all our patients. When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside for you and when it is missed, that time cannot be used to treat another patient.
We require that you give our office a 48-hour notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows for other patients who need treatment, to be scheduled for that appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting our office within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment.
A fee of $50 will be charged to you; this fee cannot be billed to your insurance company and will be your direct responsibility. No future appointments can be scheduled nor can records be transferred without the payment of this fee. Additionally, if a patient is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment and the $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
Financing Plans
On a tight budget? No problem! We offer financing through iFinance with very reasonable interest rates.
These health loan programs allow you to have your dental treatment completed while paying for it comfortably, according to your budget.
Payment Methods
We accept Interac, Visa, MasterCard and cash.
Personal cheques are not accepted unless they are certified.
